Cat4 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the cat4 online entertainment platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using any services provided by cat4. By registering an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, browsing, or using the cat4 platform via the website or mobile app, you automatically agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you as the user and cat4 as the service provider. If you are registering an account on behalf of a company or organisation, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. cat4 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of these terms. The cat4 platform is for adult entertainment only and may only be accessed by individuals aged 18 and above.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of cat4 services, you are required to register a personal account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may only hold one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. As a registered cat4 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, system hacking, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users. The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to exploit the cat4 system is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action. You may not post, transmit, or share any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or infringes the rights of third parties through any communication feature on the platform. Users found to be abusing the bonus or promotional system — including through fake accounts or misleading information — will have their accounts suspended immediately with no refund. cat4 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including reporting suspicious activity to the relevant Malaysian authorities, where necessary.

Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location or bypass geo-restrictions
Sharing or transferring your account to a third party without prior written consent from cat4

4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the cat4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and processed through licensed, secure payment channels. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits that may vary depending on your chosen payment method — please check your account page for the latest limit information. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to five business days, depending on the payment method and any applicable identity verification requirements. Users are responsible for ensuring that their bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them — cat4 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and cat4 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal that exceeds a specified threshold. Any attempt to commit financial fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts, will be reported to the relevant Malaysian authorities and the account will be closed immediately.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Cat4 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or suited to the specific needs of any individual user. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, cat4 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses due to technical issues or network disruptions. cat4's total liability to any user in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user during the same period. Users acknowledge that participation in online betting and gaming activities carries financial risks that are borne entirely by themselves, and cat4 is not responsible for any gambling decisions made by users. In the event of a confirmed technical disruption, cat4 will investigate each case fairly and reach a determination in accordance with its established internal policies.
Account Suspension & Closure
Cat4 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice where there is strong evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or a threat to the security of the platform or other users. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to claim any refund for balances associated with the offending activity. Conversely, accounts closed at the user's own request or for technical reasons unrelated to any violation will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, including withdrawal of any valid balance within 14 business days. Users may appeal an account closure by contacting the cat4 support team in writing within 30 days of receiving the closure notice. All appeals will be considered fairly, and the final decision made by cat4 is conclusive and binding.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the cat4 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphic designs, user interfaces, text, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of cat4 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without obtaining prior written permission from cat4. The brand name "cat4" and all associated trademarks and logos are the exclusive property of the company and may not be used for commercial or personal purposes without authorisation. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal legal action under the provisions of the Copyright Act 1987 and other applicable laws in Malaysia.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
